Battlefield 4 Confirmed

EA president confirmed there will be a Battlefield 4.
Any thought on this?

Might as well whore it out ala Call of Duty / Madden. New game every year.
All the kids eat it up and buy it asap anyway.

Its funny though. All the first day buyers of MW3 have been crying how awful it is, but I fucking know that at least 80% of them are buying the next one on release. What the fucking fuck.

I heard all the MW3 streams were getting trolled by people saying it's MW2.
Hopefully they'll fix things in BF4

Shooters will never be as great as they were. Call me old-school, but great tournament shooters ala Quake 2, Q3: Arena, Counter-strike Beta (not 1.0 shit-tastic), was where it was at.

I think the last shooter that I can say I loved competitively was Halo 1 over Gamespy Tunnel. After that Halo sucked balls.

Oh well, maybe sometime down the road there will be something good. Doubt it though.

That's what I seriously don't understand about these kids who play Modern Warfare.
They know that it's gonna' be the same game, they buy it, and then, complain about how awful it is.
Then, they'll go and buy the next released Modern Warfare game.
It's severe retardation.
